About The Position

Visiting Angels is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced caregivers with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to join our team in Havertown & Delaware County. Our caregivers help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes, providing peace of mind to their families. We are a growing team and have proudly earned the Best of Home Care – Provider of Choice award since 2010.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Reliable transportation.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school graduate or GED equivalent.
• At least 2 years of caregiving or related experience.
• Comfortable driving to client assignments and completing errands.
• Must be able to provide TB clearance (2-Step PPD, Chest X-ray, or Quantiferon Blood Test).
• Must be able to provide proof of vaccination.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with couples cases.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with grocery shopping, pharmacy pickups, and running errands.
• Provide companionship and meaningful conversation.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care.
• Prepare meals.
• Perform light housekeeping.
• Communicate with families and the office team.
