About The Position

Visiting Angels is seeking caring, reliable, and dedicated Caregivers to join their Philadelphia team. As a Caregiver, you will provide personalized support to seniors and adults in their homes, helping them maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping others and take pride in making someone's day easier.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• CNA, HHA, DC certification, or equivalent experience preferred
• Compassionate, patient, dependable, and trustworthy
• Strong communication skills
• Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle preferred for applicable assignments
• Ability to meet company requirements and complete required documentation
• Pet lovers
• All applicants must be able to provide proof of vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
• Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
• Assist with mobility and daily activities
• Provide light housekeeping and laundry
• Assist with errands and grocery shopping when needed
• Encourage independence and support daily routines
• Report changes or concerns to the office team
