About The Position
Visiting Angels is seeking caring, reliable, and dedicated Caregivers to join our Philadelphia team. As a Caregiver, you’ll provide personalized support to seniors and adults in their homes while helping them maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence.
Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- CNA, HHA, DC certification, or equivalent experience preferred
- Compassionate, patient, dependable, and trustworthy
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driver’s license and insured vehicle preferred for applicable assignments
- Ability to meet company requirements and complete required documentation
- Pet lovers
- ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Prepare meals and provide medication reminders
- Assist with mobility and daily activities
- Provide light housekeeping and laundry
- Assist with errands and grocery shopping when needed
- Encourage independence and support daily routines
- Report changes or concerns to the office team
