Requirements
- Experience in home care, assisted living, or long-term care settings.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine heart for serving others.
- Ability to safely perform physical tasks, including lifting and transferring clients.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care.
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful relationships while assisting clients with daily routines, including dressing, meals, and personal hygiene.
- Provide compassionate dementia and memory care support.
- Assist clients with safe transfers using mobility equipment, including Hoyer lifts.
- Transport clients to local outings and appointments.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date health records using our simple electronic documentation system.
- Provide dependable, respectful, and compassionate support tailored to each client's individual needs.
