About The Position

Phoenix Home Care and Hospice is hiring caregivers in the Topeka, Kansas area to help clients remain in their homes. Caregivers provide light housekeeping, personal care, errands, and friendly companionship. The role offers flexible scheduling, with part-time and full-time schedules available, and includes paid training. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered. Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age.
Have at least six months of related PCA experience, personal or professional.
Have a valid driver’s license.
Have a reliable vehicle with current auto insurance.
Pass a drug test.
Pass a background check.
Be able to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Prepare meals and clean up after meals.
Provide bathing and personal care.
Perform basic household chores, such as sweeping, mopping, and dusting.
Do laundry.
Provide companionship.
Run errands.
