Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving or senior living experience is helpful, but not required. We provide training!
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with daily living activities, including dressing, bathing, grooming, and meals
- Support residents with mobility and other individual care needs
- Monitor residents' well-being and promptly report changes or concerns
- Engage residents in activities and everyday moments that encourage connection and independence
- Work closely with your team to provide personalized, compassionate care
- Help maintain a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment
- Treat every resident with dignity, patience, and respect
