Caregiver
About The Position
ComForCare Home Care invites compassionate, reliable caregivers to join our dedicated team. We are currently hiring a Full-Time Companion Caregiver to support a male client in the Red Hill area in his home. This role offers a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday with optional weekend availability. It is a long-term, permanent case with consistent hours and competitive pay ranging from $19-$21 per hour based on experience and fit. You will provide day-to-day support with ADLs and IADLs, companionship, and general household assistance to help the client maintain independence and comfort at home.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Required two references: previous/current supervisors/manager
- Driving license with auto insurance
- Able to pass PA police check
- Genuine desire to support seniors and individuals with disabilities
Nice To Haves
- Optional weekend availability is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Offer companionship, social engagement, and emotional support
- Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation as outlined in the care plan
- Support with personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing when needed
- Follow the written Aide Care Plan and document all completed tasks accurately
- Communicate effectively with the Clinical Supervisor and care team
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for the client and family at all times
