Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience required
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable vehicle and current auto insurance
- Ability to successfully pass a Minnesota DHS Background Study
- Dependable, professional, and committed to providing quality care
Responsibilities
- Provide meaningful one-on-one care that helps clients remain safe and comfortable in their own homes.
- Build genuine connections with clients.
- Provide personalized care without the pressure of caring for multiple patients at once.
- Communicate with the office team for guidance and support.
- Pick up additional hours as available and willing.
