About The Position
North Creek by Bonaventure is hiring Caregivers to support residents in its senior living community. The role is part of the health care department and includes providing personal care and assistance, responding to resident call lights, administering medications, and completing daily resident charting. Caregivers also provide customer service to residents, families, vendors, and outside providers. Paid training is provided, and no prior experience is necessary. The community offers assisted living, licensed boarding home care, memory care, independent living, and in-home health care to residents. It is not a nursing home.
Requirements
- English language skills are required.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
Nice To Haves
- CPR certification is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, dressing, and incontinence care.
- Answer resident call lights in a timely manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents, their families, vendors, and outside providers.
- Administer medications.
- Complete daily charting on residents.
