About The Position
Comfort Keepers of Texas is hiring a part-time caregiver to support seniors in and around Newark. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy driving and don't mind traveling across Newark and surrounding Wise/Tarrant County areas. The position offers flexible daytime schedules and is backed by a brand with 26 years of experience in home care.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license, reliable car, and current auto insurance
- Comfortable around household pets (cats and dogs)
- Someone patient, dependable, and genuinely caring
- Compassionate, patient, reliable, and genuinely dedicated to elevating the human spirit.
Nice To Haves
- 1+ years of caregiving experience is preferred
- Experience with dementia care is a big plus!
Responsibilities
- Spending time with seniors — conversation, activities, and just being present
- Helping with daily living tasks like bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility and other ADL's and Personal Care
- Assisting with safe transfers, cooking meals, and light housekeeping
