Requirements
- A caring, positive attitude and genuine passion for helping others
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and resident-focused
- Availability to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and some holidays
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but not required—we provide training
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals
- Monitor residents' well-being and promptly report any changes in condition
- Encourage residents to stay active, engaged, and connected through conversation and activities
- Partner with families and team members to provide personalized, compassionate care
- Promote residents' safety, dignity, independence, and quality of life
