About The Position

Join Loving Homecare and help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. We've proudly served our community for over 10 years, with a team of more than 100 caregivers who make a difference in the lives of the seniors we serve. As a caregiver, you'll help seniors maintain their comfort, dignity, and independence at home.

Requirements

• At least one year of caregiving experience. Family caregiving, volunteer experience, and classroom training are also considered.
• Current Home Care Aide (HCA) registration, or willingness to complete the registration process with our guidance
• Eligibility to work in the United States
• Reliable transportation to travel between client homes
• Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
• Weekend availability to qualify for the hiring bonus

Responsibilities

• Providing one-on-one care and companionship
• Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Preparing meals and performing light housekeeping
• Observing changes in clients' conditions and communicating updates to our care team
• Supporting seniors with memory loss through meaningful activities and companionship
• Following individualized care plans to promote safety and independence

Benefits

• Competitive pay: $20.00–$22.50 per hour on weekdays, with weekend premium pay bringing rates up to $24.50 per hour
