About The Position

Loving Homecare is seeking compassionate caregivers to help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Requirements

At least one year of caregiving experience. Family caregiving, volunteer experience, and classroom training are also considered.
Current Home Care Aide (HCA) registration, or willingness to complete the registration process with our guidance
Eligibility to work in the United States
Reliable transportation to travel between client homes
Valid driver's license and reliable, insured vehicle
Weekend availability to qualify for the hiring bonus

Responsibilities

Providing one-on-one care and companionship
Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
Preparing meals and performing light housekeeping
Observing changes in clients' conditions and communicating updates to our care team
Supporting seniors with memory loss through meaningful activities and companionship
Following individualized care plans to promote safety and independence

Benefits

Competitive pay: $20.00–$22.50 per hour on weekdays, with weekend premium pay bringing rates up to $24.50 per hour
