About The Position

Actively Hiring Caregivers for 4 Hour Shifts in La Jolla. Cheer Home Care is looking for compassionate individuals to provide non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled. The role focuses on companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services to help clients maintain a comfortable and fulfilling life at home. Requirements

• Proficiency in Spanish (written and spoken) is preferred.
• Strong organizational & communication skills.
• Able to drive client in their own personal vehicle (mileage reimbursement).
• Cell phone with internet access.

Nice To Haves

• CNA, HHA, CPR, First Aid, AED certifications are preferred but NOT required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate non-medical home care services to the elderly and disabled.
• Offer companionship, personal care, homemaking, and transportation services.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, toileting, personal hygiene assistance, and light meal prep.
• Provide transportation services for clients to medical appointments.
• Offer specialized care including Dementia Care, Alzheimer's Care, Parkinson's Care, and Hospice Care.
• Perform light housekeeping and organization.
• Help with activities of daily living.

Benefits

• Hourly Rate: $20 to $23, depending on experience, certifications, reference reviews, car access, and more.
