About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide hands-on care and assistance with activities of daily living for residents. The ideal candidate will ensure residents' dignity, privacy, and well-being while delivering high-quality support to meet or exceed expectations. This role involves assisting with personal care, medication management, and daily tasks, fostering independence and comfort for residents.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, oral care, incontinence management, and grooming.
- Provide support with meal preparation, cooking, cleaning, laundry, and serving meals as needed.
- Administer medications accurately according to care plans.
- Maintain the dignity and privacy of all residents at all times.
- Document services provided and any significant changes in residents' conditions accurately.
- Report concerns regarding residents' health or well-being to the Resident Care Coordinator, Nurse, or Administrator promptly.
- Protect resident confidentiality and adhere to privacy standards.
- Ensure compliance with sanitation, hygiene, and health regulations of the community.
- Perform additional tasks such as light housekeeping or other duties assigned by supervisors.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold community standards of cleanliness and safety.
- Function independently while providing compassionate care tailored to each resident's needs.
