About The Position
TheKey is hiring caregivers to support a client in Hendersonville, Tennessee. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance in the client’s home with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. The client has three small, friendly dogs. The role offers a stated pay rate of $16–$18 per hour and a $250 sign-on bonus. Scheduled shifts are Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, with occasional Saturdays, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. TheKey describes its local teams as providing support to caregivers as they build relationships with clients and support aging adults.
Requirements
- At least one year of professional caregiving experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
- TB clearance or chest X-ray.
- Comply with state background screening requirements.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Assist the client with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
- Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
- Drive the client to appointments and run errands.
- Provide mobility support.
- Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
