About The Position

TheKey is hiring caregivers to support a client in Murfreesboro, Tennessee. The role involves providing one-to-one support in the client’s home, including personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, meal preparation, and light housekeeping. The client has a friendly cat and dog; caregivers are expected to empty the cat’s litter box during each shift.

The scheduled shifts are Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The advertised pay is $16–$18 per hour, with a $250 sign-on bonus. Requirements

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB clearance or chest X-ray.
• Comply with state background screening requirements.
• Be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Assist with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
• Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
• Support the client’s mobility.
• Drive the client to appointments and run errands.
• Perform light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
• Help with meal preparation.
• Empty the cat’s litter box each shift.
