About The Position

Brookdale is hiring a PRN Caregiver to provide direct care to residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each senior with respect and dignity. The role assists residents with activities of daily living and personal care, helps with light housekeeping, and engages residents in meaningful conversations. Training or certification may be required depending on state regulations. Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents while recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence.
• Treat each senior with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and other personal care needs.
• Help residents with vacuuming, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and dishes.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
