About The Position

Visiting Angels Chadds Ford is seeking compassionate, dependable, and committed caregivers to provide exceptional in-home care. For over a decade, we have focused on building strong relationships with both clients and caregivers, recognizing that caregivers are the heart of our services. Our experienced office staff provides support to ensure you feel valued and appreciated for the important work you do.

Requirements

Must be 18 years of age or older
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
High school diploma or GED
At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience
Current TB clearance through one of the following: 2-Step PPD, QuantiFERON-TB Gold, Chest X-ray
ALL APPLICANTS MUST BE ABLE TO PROVIDE PROOF OF VACCINATION.

Responsibilities

Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
Preparing meals and providing medication reminders
Performing light housekeeping and running errands
Helping clients maintain their safety, comfort, dignity, and independence
Building meaningful relationships with clients and their families

Benefits

Competitive pay: $15.00–$17.00 per hour based on skills and experience
