About The Position
Right at Home Spokane, a trusted family-owned and award-winning in-home care agency, is hiring compassionate and dependable Personal Caregiver professionals for both full-time and part-time roles. If you are a dedicated Caregiver who values compassion, reliability, and meaningful work, we want to hear from you. We are actively seeking a Caregiver who is passionate about improving the quality of life for seniors and individuals in need of in-home support. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in delivering personalized care and building meaningful relationships with clients in Spokane County.
Requirements
- Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
- Ability to pass a written competency evaluation, drug screening, and nationwide background check
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate mindset
- A dependable and motivated Caregiver with a heart for service
Nice To Haves
- HCA (Home Care Aide) or CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) certification preferred (training provided for qualified candidates)
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene support
- Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Offer companionship and emotional support to clients
- Support clients in maintaining independence and dignity in their homes
- Work flexible shifts based on client needs as a reliable Caregiver
