As a Caregiver, you'll provide personalized support and assistance with activities of daily living while helping residents maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life. Requirements

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to safely lift, transfer, and assist residents as needed.
Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card (required).
Current CPR and First Aid certification (required).
Clean motor vehicle record.
Must meet all applicable state and community employment requirements.

Nice To Haves

Previous caregiving experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, high-quality care and assistance with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
Respond promptly to resident requests and provide individualized support based on each resident's needs.
Assist residents during meals while following dietary restrictions, food allergies, and personal preferences.
Promote residents' comfort, safety, independence, and overall well-being.
Observe and report changes in residents' physical, emotional, or cognitive condition.
Complete required documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
Follow all community policies, safety procedures, and state regulations.
Driving residents to Church, medical appointments, etc.
