Requirements

Must be available to work 4 PM - 8 PM shifts, including weekends.
Veterans, transitioning active duty military personnel, and military spouses are encouraged to apply.
Qualified associates who have been with Brookdale for at least a year may be eligible for advancement of fees for naturalization (Form N-400) application costs, up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding.

Responsibilities

Provide gracious hospitality and neighborliness to residents and families.
Contribute to a home-like feel and overall comfort for residents and visiting family members.
Assist in organizing and facilitating entertaining events and gatherings for residents to foster connections.
Support residents in group and one-on-one settings.
