About The Position

Requirements

• Be 18+ years old
• Have reliable personal transportation
• Hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
• Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
• Satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
• Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
• A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

• Assist with morning routines, ensuring clients start the day on the right foot.
• Engage in meaningful conversations and share laughs with clients.
• Provide assistance with daily activities.
• Help with personal hygiene.
