About The Position

Qualicare Home Care SF Bay Area is currently seeking a compassionate and dependable Caregiver to provide one-on-one care for a client in Fremont, CA. If you're passionate about helping others maintain their independence and enjoy building meaningful relationships with your clients, we'd love to have you join our growing team.

Requirements

• Previous caregiving experience preferred
• Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray
• Valid California Driver's License
• Reliable transportation with current auto insurance
• Access to a smartphone for scheduling and documentation
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality care

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
• Perform housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home
• Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
• Assist with mobility and safe transfers as needed
• Accompany the client on walks, appointments, or errands when appropriate
• Follow the individualized care plan
• Complete required documentation accurately
