Requirements
- Previous caregiving experience preferred
- Home Care Aide (HCA) registration preferred (If not yet registered, we'll guide you through the process.)
- Negative TB test or chest X-ray
- Valid California Driver's License
- Reliable transportation with current auto insurance
- Access to a smartphone for scheduling and documentation
- Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing high-quality care
Responsibilities
- Assist with personal care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
- Perform housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe home
- Provide medication reminders (non-medical)
- Assist with mobility and safe transfers as needed
- Accompany the client on walks, appointments, or errands when appropriate
- Follow the individualized care plan
- Complete required documentation accurately
