About The Position

Join an established team that has proudly served the community for over 10 years with more than 100 caregivers dedicated to helping seniors thrive safely and comfortably at home. We're Hiring Caregivers Who Live In or Near: Long Beach. This is a part-time position with immediate openings for our 7AM to 11AM Long Beach/Seal Beach shift. Availability 7 days a week is preferred, especially Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience
• Family caregiving, volunteer experience, and classroom training are also considered
• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) (Not registered yet? We'll help you through the process.)
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available to work weekends to qualify for the hiring bonus
• Reliable transportation to travel between client homes

Nice To Haves

• Availability 7 days a week is preferred, especially Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care and companionship for seniors in their homes
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Monitor changes in clients' condition and communicate updates with our care team
• Support seniors living with memory loss through engaging activities and meaningful companionship
• Follow individualized care plans to help clients remain safe and independent
