About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to assist a client in NATICK. The company was created with a vision and mission to make a difference in the lives of seniors, maintaining their dignity by hiring individuals who have the heart of a caregiver, a passion for this field, and a commitment to the clients.
Requirements
- HHA or CNA Certification preferred.
- If not certified, caregiver must complete company-provided HHA training and obtain certification.
Responsibilities
- Providing supervision and hands-on assistance with bathing, dressing, and other essential hygiene tasks.
- Encouraging adherence to prescribed exercise programs, including range of motion exercises and walking.
- Assisting clients in transferring from bed to chair and ensuring they receive proper repositioning as per their care plans.
- Addressing pressure point care with integrity and safety.
- Preparing meals that meet specific dietary needs.
- Reminding clients about their medications.
- Providing continence care.
- Ensuring a clean and safe environment through housekeeping responsibilities, encompassing tasks such as laundry, trash removal, and grocery shopping.
