Caregiver Days
About The Position
Comfort Keepers is now hiring in-home caregivers. We are looking for help with new clients during mornings, afternoons, and evenings. You tell us when you are available to work! Caregivers earn $18.00 per hour. If you are certified, the wage is $20.00 per hour. After 5 months of employment, caregivers are eligible for free CNA classes in Buffalo or St. Cloud. This position can be part-time or full-time and includes working every other weekend. Experience the difference with Comfort Keepers. If you do not have your CNA, ask about our FREE CNA CLASSES!
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
- Able to bend, kneel, squat, stand and lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Able to assist both male and female clients with personal cares
- Must have had driver's license for at least 3 years
- Personal vehicle to use during shift
- Clean driving record

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with all personal care needs as needed
- Assist clients at mealtime and monitor eating habits
- Ensure that required documentation is complete and in compliance
- Provide errands and transportation with own vehicle
- Assist with housekeeping tasks
- Maintain confidentiality regarding each client
