About The Position

Korean Women's Association (KWA) Vancouver, WA. is seeking compassionate individuals to join their team as full- or part-time Caregivers. They are a Registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1979, committed to serving diverse communities through education, socialization, advocacy, and support. KWA provides services in senior wellness, in-home care, benefits enrollment, citizenship, affordable housing, and community health navigation. Requirements

  • Be 18+ years old
  • Have reliable personal transportation
  • Hold a valid Washington State driver's license and auto insurance
  • Be willing to become certified as a home care worker within a set amount of time
  • Satisfactorily pass a criminal history and reference check

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma, GED, or a foreign equivalent
  • Experience as a caregiver or in a similar role
  • A compassionate demeanor and excellent communication skills

Responsibilities
