About The Position

Loving Homecare is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Female Caregiver to provide one-on-one care and companionship for seniors in their homes in Hacienda Heights. This part-time position offers flexible scheduling with a pay rate of $20.00-$24.50/hr, plus weekend premium pay. The client requires moderate assistance with daily activities. The ideal candidate will have experience with clients who have OCD and anxiety, and possess a patient and understanding demeanor. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license are required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of caregiving experience (family caregiving, volunteer experience, and classroom training are also considered)
• Registered Home Care Aide (HCA) (assistance provided if not yet registered)
• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Available to work weekends to qualify for the hiring bonus
• Reliable transportation to travel between client homes
• Valid Driver's License

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one care and companionship for seniors in their homes
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Monitor changes in clients' condition and communicate updates with our care team
• Support seniors living with memory loss through engaging activities and meaningful companionship
• Follow individualized care plans to help clients remain safe and independent
