About The Position
We are seeking a compassionate and reliable part-time caregiver to provide in-home support to a client in Leawood, Kansas. The ideal candidate will have previous caregiving experience and a strong commitment to providing respectful, dependable, and client-centered care.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience
- Current CPR certification
- Availability for part-time hours
- Dependable and punctual
- Compassionate, respectful, and professional
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to follow care plans and safety procedures
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living
- Provide personal care assistance as needed
- Assist with mobility and transfers when required
- Prepare or assist with meals
- Perform light housekeeping related to client care
- Provide medication reminders as authorized
- Provide companionship and supervision
- Follow the client's individualized care plan
- Observe and report changes in the client's condition or needs
- Communicate concerns to the appropriate supervisor
