About The Position

Visiting Angels of Lancaster is seeking a dependable and friendly Caregiver to join their Home Care team. This role involves providing one-on-one care to seniors in their homes, assisting with personal care, errands, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry, mobility, and offering companionship. The position is part-time with the potential for full-time hours based on flexibility, availability, and demand. There is a particular need for day and weekend shift coverage, allowing individuals to keep their evenings free.

Requirements

• Must be 18+ years to apply
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
• Must have valid Driver’s License, reliable transportation, and proof of current auto insurance

Nice To Haves

• 1 year of professional caregiving experience preferred
• CNA license preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance with personal care such as bathing
• Help with running errands, grocery shopping, and preparing meals
• Assist with light housekeeping and laundry
• Provide mobility assistance and monitoring
• Offer companionship through conversation, games, or activities
