Requirements
- A valid driver’s license, an insured vehicle, and a willingness to drive clients
- CNA or HCA certification required
- One year or more of experience supporting older adults
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be available for Day Shift and Short Shifts
- Clear background check and drug test
- Comfortable working around pets (dogs and cats)
Nice To Haves
- Prefer a high school degree or GED
- weekend availability a plus
Responsibilities
- Build trusting connections through warm companionship and emotional support that bring comfort and belonging
- Assist with daily needs such as personal care, dressing, meals, and other routine tasks with dignity and respect
- Help maintain a safe, clean home through light housekeeping and general household support
- Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and community activities that support independence and engagement
- Deliver consistent, attentive care that promotes safety, comfort, and overall well-being
- Share kind, steady companionship that brings comfort and connection to seniors while being part of a team dedicated to meaningful care.
