Requirements

Previous experience in sales or leasing is beneficial.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Conducting in-person interviews for immediate openings.
Leasing apartments and serving as a point of contact for potential residents.
Providing exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents.
Achieving sales goals and contributing to the overall success of the community.
Participating in training and development programs to enhance skills and career growth.
