Caregiver Opportunity in Huntington Beach – $19/hr Mon-Fri 2pm-8pm & Weekends 9am-3pm
About The Position
24 Hour Home Care is seeking a compassionate and dedicated caregiver to support a female client in Huntington Beach, California. This role involves providing top-notch in-home care, focusing on making lives brighter for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DDs). The caregiver will assist the client with personal care, meal preparation, companionship, light housekeeping, medication reminders, following the client care plan, and providing updates. The position requires a self-starter with a proactive attitude, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently. The company has over 15 years of experience in delivering high-quality, personalized caregiving services to people of all ages and individuals with I/DDs, serving over 16,000 clients and employing over 16,000 caregivers.
Requirements
- Two Caregiving References: Provide contact information for two references who can attest to your caregiving experience.
- Valid ID: Ensure your identification documents comply with I-9 requirements.
- Negative TB Test: Provide proof of a negative TB test. If you need a TB skin test, we cover the full cost for eligible candidates.
- Reliable Commute: Preferred: Demonstrate a reliable means of commuting to work or have plans to relocate before your start date.
