About The Position
Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring caregivers in Natick and surrounding towns for flexible, meaningful home-care work. This role offers the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of seniors without giving up control of your schedule. We welcome caregivers at all levels, including HHAs, CNAs, PCAs, LNAs, homemakers, companions, and new caregivers with the right attitude, as we provide training. The position offers full-time and part-time roles with short and long shifts available, including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends. You can also stack shifts when you want more hours or keep your schedule light.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Prepare simple meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Do light housekeeping and laundry
- Run errands such as grocery shopping and pharmacy trips
- Offer medication reminders and support safe mobility
- Help keep the home safe, clean, and comfortable
