Requirements
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to pass background and reference checks.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Reliable, compassionate, and patient with a genuine desire to help seniors.
- Flexible schedule to meet clients’ needs.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor clients’ health and well-being.
- Offer companionship and emotional support through engaging conversation and activities.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks including laundry, cleaning, and organizing.
- Accompany clients to appointments, errands, and social events as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of care provided.
