About The Position

Honey Creek Heights is hiring a part-time overnight (NOC) Caregiver to support residents’ comfort, safety, and well-being. The caregiver provides compassionate care throughout the night, responds to residents’ needs, and helps maintain a safe and comfortable environment. Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• State-required caregiver certification, if applicable.
• Current CPR/First Aid certification.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of caregiving.
• Compassionate, reliable, and motivated to help others.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Pride in providing excellent care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate overnight care.
• Assist residents with personal care, mobility, and toileting.
• Perform routine safety rounds.
• Respond promptly to resident needs.
• Observe and report changes in residents’ condition.
• Support residents with dignity, respect, and kindness.
• Help create a safe and comfortable environment throughout the night.
