About The Position

Silverado Tustin is hiring a part-time Caregiver to provide hands-on support to residents living with Alzheimer’s, dementia, and other memory-impairing conditions. The role combines empathy, reliability, and relationship-building to create meaningful moments and help residents live with dignity and joy. The caregiver supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain a safe, respectful, and engaging environment. The schedule is 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m.; Tuesday through Saturday availability is preferred. The schedule is variable and may change according to business needs.

Requirements

Reliable transportation to meet attendance and punctuality standards.
Effective verbal and written communication in English.
Able to meet the active physical demands of walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Comfortable working around animals and pets.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma, GED, or educational equivalent preferred.
Experience caring for individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, or other debilitating conditions is preferred but not required.
Tuesday through Saturday availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide compassionate care and assistance with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and dining.
Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.
Support residents with memory impairments in a safe, respectful, and engaging environment.
Maintain accurate care records and report changes to the nursing team.
