About The Position

The Resident Care Associate (RCA) provides general, non-certified routine services in accordance with established procedures and as directed by supervisors. The role is intended for candidates interested in pursuing training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.). The position is at The Willows at Citation in Lexington, Kentucky.

Responsibilities

• Assist with housekeeping and laundry, including removing trash and making and changing unoccupied beds.
• Assist with meal service, including transporting residents to and from the dining room, delivering trays, and supporting a positive dining experience.
• Provide customer service, companionship, and communication to residents by answering call lights promptly, checking in frequently, and helping residents engage in activities.
• Assist with personal care responsibilities according to state regulatory guidelines.
• Attend and participate in a training program leading to Nursing Assistant (C.N.A.) certification.
