About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Caregiver to support an individual living with Traumatic Brain Injuries (TBI) in their home and community. Requirements

• Previous experience working with individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI), developmental disabilities, neurological conditions, or behavioral health challenges preferred
• Home care, direct support, HHA, CNA, PCA, or caregiving experience strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care and support based on individual care plans
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation
• Support clients with cognitive, behavioral, and emotional needs
• Encourage independence while maintaining a safe environment
• Assist with community outings, appointments, and recreational activities
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Monitor and report changes in condition or behavior to the care team
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
