Requirements

High school diploma or GED required
Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance
Ability to pass national background check
CPR certification and TB test (or willingness to obtain)
Must be reliable, professional, and compassionate
Comfortable using a smartphone

Nice To Haves

Minimum 1 year of caregiving experience preferred (home care, CNA, HHA, PCA, assisted living, or nursing home)
CNA or HHA certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and transfers
Provide companionship and emotional support
Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation
Assist with walking, wheelchair, and mobility support
Provide medication reminders (no administration)
Monitor and report changes in client condition
Complete care notes using a mobile app
Follow care plans and safety guidelines
