Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable individuals who enjoy helping others
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and driving record review
Nice To Haves
- PCA, HHA, or CNA certification
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience
- Flexible availability
Responsibilities
- Build meaningful connections through conversation, companionship, and emotional support
- Help create a safe, comfortable, and positive home environment
- Assist with daily living activities such as: Personal care (dressing, grooming, hygiene support), Meal preparation and nutrition support, Medication reminders, Light housekeeping and laundry, Errands and grocery shopping
- Provide transportation to appointments and activities
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, families, and team members
- Follow individualized care plans to meet each client’s unique needs
