About The Position

We are seeking five compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide quality in-home care to clients in the San Juan Capistrano and San Clemente areas. Requirements

• Active California Home Care Aide registration
• Current tuberculosis clearance
• Minimum of six months of caregiving experience
• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass all required background screenings
• Comfortable providing hands-on personal care

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
• Provide medication reminders
• Promote client safety, comfort, and independence
• Follow individualized care plans
• Communicate changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member
• Maintain dependable and professional attendance
