About The Position
We are seeking five compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide quality in-home care to clients in the San Juan Capistrano and San Clemente areas. Morning and afternoon shifts are currently available. This is a great opportunity for experienced caregivers looking for flexible scheduling, competitive pay, and a supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Active California Home Care Aide registration
- Current tuberculosis clearance
- Minimum of six months of caregiving experience
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass all required background screenings
- Comfortable providing hands-on personal care
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with mobility and transfers
- Prepare meals and help with light housekeeping
- Provide medication reminders
- Promote client safety, comfort, and independence
- Follow individualized care plans
- Communicate changes in a client’s condition to the appropriate team member
- Maintain dependable and professional attendance
