Caregiver Days - Part-Time
About The Position
Senior Helpers of Southern Indiana is hiring part-time day-shift caregivers to provide in-home care for seniors. The position involves supporting clients with daily activities, companionship, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and transportation to appointments. Shifts are available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Pay is $15.00–$16.50 per hour. Senior Helpers of Southern Indiana is an independently owned and operated franchisee of SH Franchising, LLC, doing business as Senior Helpers. The organization provides in-home senior care, ranging from specialized care for chronic diseases to companionship and assistance with daily activities. Its mission is to provide compassionate care and improve the quality of life of clients, their families, and employees. Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Must pass a background check.
Nice To Haves
- CNA or caregiving experience preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Provide companionship and emotional support.
- Help with meal preparation and light housekeeping.
