About The Position

Right at Home of Salt Lake is seeking a caregiver to provide morning-shift, one-on-one in-home care for seniors and adults with disabilities. The role supports male and female clients and is available on weekdays or weekends. Caregivers help clients with daily needs and activities to enhance their quality of life. Pay is $17.00–$18.25 per hour depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA credentials, with a minimum of $27.50 per shift. Training/GUIDE Respite is paid at $17.00 per hour. The franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Eligible to work in the United States.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Experience with dementia and behavioral care.

Nice To Haves

Experience with Hoyer lifts and gait belts is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide companionship to clients.
Assist with personal hygiene, including peri-care, bathroom or in-bed support, and brief changes.
Perform light housekeeping.
Prepare meals.
Transport clients to appointments or outings.
Provide medication reminders.
