About The Position
Assisting Hands Central Milwaukee is seeking a compassionate and reliable Caregiver to support a client in their home. This role focuses on providing personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities while ensuring a safe, supportive, and comfortable environment.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license, active car insurance, and reliable vehicle required
- Compassionate, dependable, and punctual
- Ability to follow a care plan and work independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Nice To Haves
- Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing and showering
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with dressing and personal grooming
- Grocery shopping and errands
- Perform light housekeeping tasks
- Prepare simple meals
- Maintain a safe and clean home environment
- Schedule appointments with physicians and laboratory services
