About The Position

FirstLight® Home Care is seeking reliable and compassionate caregivers with dementia experience to provide companionship during weekdays in the morning. The ideal candidate must be able to drive and have a car. We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, dedicated, and dependable, and who love to go above and beyond to help others. At FirstLight, we believe in taking good care of our caregivers because they are the heart and soul of our company. Our professional caregivers provide safety, comfort, and companionship for adults who need support, establishing meaningful relationships built on trust and respect. Requirements

• Must be able to drive and have a car
• Previous caregiving experience (preferred)
• A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others
• A commitment to being present and providing quality care
• Empathy, patience, kindness and respect
• Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written
• Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job
