About The Position
TheKey is hiring experienced caregivers to support clients in Atlanta and surrounding cities. Caregivers provide one-to-one assistance to clients in their homes, helping aging adults with personal care, companionship, mobility support, transportation, and light housekeeping. The role offers day, evening, weekend, and overnight shifts, with full-time and part-time schedule options. TheKey describes its local teams as providing caregiver support while employees build meaningful relationships with clients and support aging adults.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
- At least 18 years of age.
- Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
- Comply with applicable state background screening requirements.
- Be eligible to work in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with dressing, grooming, bathing, and meals.
- Provide companionship through social engagement, activities, and emotional support.
- Drive clients to appointments and run errands.
- Provide light housekeeping, including basic cleaning, laundry, and organizing.
- Support clients with mobility needs.
